CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE MEETING ON 26 JANUARY

More people than we had anticipated want to come to the meeting on the 26 January so we have had to change the venue. The meeting will now be held in the Combined Suite at the Westminster Thistle Hotel, 49 Buckingham Palace Road (corner of Bressenden Place and Buckingham Palace Road), London SW1 W0QT Tel: 0871 376 9039. (3/4 minutes walk from Victoria station)

Nothing else has changed the meeting will start at 7..00pm and finish at 9.00pm (doors open from 6.30). Because of the additional cost of using a hotel we are unable to provide refreshments (tea/coffee) but of course you can get a drink in the hotel if you wish.

We have tried to make sure that everyone who told us they wanted to attend the meeting has received this message or been told by post, but it would be useful if you could tell anyone else you know who is coming about the change.
